CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Acupuncture: $20 for cancellations within 48 hours | 50% cost of appointment within 24 hours | full cost of appointment for no-shows and day of cancellations
Sauna: $20 fee if cancelled within 24 hours | full price for a no-show
