Bodywork
We have two Licensed Massage Therapists at Revive, each with their own approach to treatment. MB offers traditional orthopedic table based massage as well as floor based Thai massage. David specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping and hot stone techniques.
Assisted Stretch/Thai Bodywork
Therapeutic mat based manual therapy. Based in traditional Thai Massage methods. The client is fully clothed for this session. Thai Massage is an eastern based massage modality that encompasses deep tissue compression, myofascial stretching, acupressure, and assisted yoga positions to engage the whole body in improved mobilization while also deeply relaxing the body at the joint level.
Therapeutic bodywork
Diving into a tool kit of Soft tissue mobilization, cupping, cupping with movement, myofascial release, we work together to address are specific needs to achieve change in the muscles and soft tissue for relief.

Do you accept insurance for bodywork?
We do not directly bill insurance but can provide you with an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement if you plan covers massage. We do accept HSA and FSA cards!
A note on gratuity:
I offer services to help you build a toolkit to your overall body longevity and strive to help you feel stronger, both physically and mentally. It’s an integrative approach that involves both you as the client and I as your practitioner. With that mission in mind, I operate on a flat fee, versus a service/tip process. The rates you see listed, include a multitude of tools and resources included in each session, and there is no hidden costs, add ons, or gratuity to consider when booking an appointment.
Consistency, maintenance, and body longevity are what I strive for with my clients, and that includes costs. I also offer a variety of package options that you are welcome to explore.
