CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Acupuncture: $20 for cancellations within 48 hours | 50% cost of appointment within 24 hours | full cost of appointment for no-shows and day of cancellations
*Please note that insurance CANNOT be billed for a missed appointment, so cancellation pricing is based on time of service rates.

Reiki: $20 fee if cancelled the day before an appointment | 50% if cancelled the day of an appointment | no-show: full cost of appointment

Sauna: $20 fee if cancelled within 24 hours | full price for a no-show

Massage: Full price if cancelled within 48 hours | 50% if cancelled within 4 days | 3 or more late cancellations require prepayment and loss of online booking privileges
